Canadian Education Quality Assessment Council is a federally incorporated Canadian not-for-profit organization that evaluates and certifies the quality and validity of educational programs, institutions, and degrees. CEQAC serves as a third-party validation of the quality of education provided by Canadian-based or international education Institutions and programs.
CEQAC have a set of criteria or standards that educational institutions must meet in order to receive accreditation. These criteria may include factors such as the quality of faculty, the curriculum, student services, and the institution's overall academic and administrative operation.
CEQAC conducts periodic reviews of its accredited institutions to ensure that they continue to meet the standards required for accreditation. This helps to ensure that the education provided by these institutions remains of high quality over time.
In addition to evaluating and certifying the quality of education, CEQAC is in a continuing quality improvement developing and reviewing the educational standards, in collaboration with educational institutions.
