Assuring Education Quality in the New Era

Which size tier is my organization? A quick guide

Small, Medium or Large decides your annual fee and your membership level. Here is how to place your organization in one reading.

CEQAC sizes organizations on three measures: the number of learners you serve, your annual revenue, and your revenue per learner. The tier sets your annual accreditation fee and the membership level you join.

The three tiers

  • Small: 1–100 learners, or under $250K revenue, or under $500 per learner.
  • Medium: 101–500 learners, or $250K–$1M revenue, or $500–$2,000 per learner.
  • Large: 501+ learners, or over $1M revenue, or over $2,000 per learner.

Read the “or” carefully

Meeting any one criterion places you in that tier. An organization with 80 learners but $1.2M in revenue, for example, meets a Small criterion and a Large one, so it is worth a conversation before you choose. When the measures point in different directions, tell us which figures apply and we will confirm the tier with you.

Which numbers to use

Use your most recent full year: learners enrolled across the programs you deliver, and revenue from education services. If you are new, use a realistic projection for your first year and say so.

Every membership is approved by CEQAC before it activates, so a tier chosen in good faith is checked by a person, not charged on assumption. See the fee schedule and estimator, or ask us.
